Liquid-and-powder acrylic sculpted over your natural nail or onto tips — still the most durable option for anyone hard on their hands, and the most forgiving base for length. The apex and sidewalls are built deliberately so the nail carries force down its centre instead of snapping at the stress point. Refill every three to four weeks rather than removing and rebuilding.

Gel polish is applied to the natural nail and cured with an LED light at every coat. It lasts up to three weeks on the nail and needs to be professionally removed to avoid damage to the nail plate. To keep the polish chip-free and the surrounding skin soft, regular use of cuticle oil is advised.

Add-on artwork painted by hand at the chair. Basic covers the things that lift a plain set — a French line, chrome, a single accent, simple linework. Complex covers detailed hand-painting, encapsulated designs, layered textures and multi-nail concepts. Bring a reference and it will be adapted to your nail shape and length.

Existing acrylic, hard gel or builder is broken down and removed properly, then the natural nail is buffed, rebalanced and finished with a dry Russian manicure. This is the appointment to book if you are taking a break from enhancements and want your own nails left in good condition rather than thinned and rough.
