Your natural lashes are set on a silicone shield with a gentle lifting solution, then conditioned and neutralised. The Korean method uses a softer lotion and a rounder curl than a traditional perm, so the result reads as a naturally lifted eye rather than a crimp. Add a tint and even fine, fair lashes look defined without mascara. Holds six to eight weeks, growing out gradually.

A relaxing solution softens the brow hair so it can be combed into a new direction, then a setting solution locks it there. It fills gaps by covering them with hair you already have, lifts a flat brow, and tames coarse or unruly growth. Pair it with a tint to darken fine ends and a wax to clean the outline. Holds six to eight weeks.

A professional tint darkens the fine, fair hairs that pencil usually misses, so the full shape of the brow reads without makeup. Colour is mixed to sit with your hair rather than against it — a shade below for fair hair, a touch warmer for dark. The skin holds a faint stain for a day or two and the hair keeps colour for three to four weeks.

A patch test is required at least 24 hours before your first tint.
